This lesson plan has been a labour of love over the past seven weeks, based on the Japanese model of an overarching question or problem and utilizing a highly engaging three act task structure. This lesson was a hit with my class and the two classes that got the jolly ranchers after we shared them. This is a lesson that will be put into my binder for next year’s division unit.
